Dear Mr. Walter,

I am writing to inform you that we’ve had (1) ____ with the air-conditioning units in our offices. I contacted Coolair Corporation two weeks ago, and they send a technician to make the necessary repairs.

The work was done at the considerable (2) ____ , as several components in each unit were damaged and had to be replaced. According to the technician, the units were not properly set up by the maintenance crew. Because the air conditioners were damaged during installation, Coolair refused to take responsibility for the malfunction, which means that we were forced to pay for the repairs ourselves.
